Meredith studied the harp and celtic harp at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama with Sanchia Pielou, and graduated with a BA in Music Performance. She has been in her current role as Principal Harpist with Scottish Ballet since 1985, having combined this for several years with the position of Principal Harpist with the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra and other freelance work throughout the UK. Meredith has recently moved to Worcestershire where her musical interests have become increasingly diverse, with the harp and celtic harp becoming ever more popular as musical accompaniment to weddings, corporate events, private parties and other celebrations. PRIMARY SCHOOLS: Children can learn to be a word spy or a sound collector, a rhythm magician or a voice painter, a song-maker or a poet with a rainstick. Fun and curriculum-centred sound activities. Projects include a school where pupils made songs & compositions related to the curriculum about the skeleton, the Victorians, rivers and the stages of life. In another project students were assisted to write a song celebrating 30 years of the school. The song became the school anthem!

Deborah Biggs Music Tuition (DBMT) is a private teaching business offering expert instrumental tuition throughout Cambridgeshire. I started teaching at university back in 1997 and, since then, I have progressed to teach a variety of instruments to all age ranges. Lessons are available on Clarinet, Saxophone (soprano/alto/tenor) and Trumpet/Cornet to Grade 8 level and I also offer beginner lessons - up to Grade 4 - on piano and flute. I hold a degree in music and am currently the principal clarinettist for the RAF Wyton Area Voluntary Band as well as lead saxophonist for ''Rhythm In Blue'', the RAF Wyton Big Band. I recently played principal trumpet in the St Ives Centre Players production of ''The Boyfriend'' at Burgess Hall, St Ives, followed two weeks later by 2nd trumpet for Bernstein''s ''West Side Story'' at Hinchingbrooke Performing Arts Centre in Huntingdon. Alongside clarinet, saxophone and trumpet I also play flute, piano and percussion (including drum kit) and I enjoy doing occasional session work with various bands and orchestras on a freelance basis around Cambridgeshire and the South East.
